August's meeting was an articulated dummy based on Beelce's Bride of Articulation
Thanks to a suggestion by Rudy Sylvester, we flattened the ends instead of using the chain link caps, and with that, reaching a dollar amount to get free shipping at Sprinklerwarehouse.com, and Melody finding a super cheap place for the hardware, we came in at $25/dummy.
Thanks also to Mutant for the suggestion of heating antifreeze to make the pvc pliable... that allowed me to do a batch at a time, and probably was the only thing that saved my sanity.
Unfortunately (or fortunately as the case may be), I over compensated for the bent PVC, and we ended up with 7' dummies. No one seemed to mind much. :)
